Legal services
We advise clients on all the legal steps involved in purchasing a property and can offer the services of experienced solicitors for any or all of the steps involved.

Project Management: Fee 15% of Expenditure
Our project management service deals with all aspects of finishing and furnishing your new property and includes, but is not limited to, on your behalf:
- Negotiating and agreeing the scope of works
- Signing the contract on clients behalf in their absence (if required)
- Daily supervison of the work in progress
- Signing off the project in clients absence (if required)
- Placing orders for furniture
- Supervising furniture delivery and assembly.

Property Management: Fee 15% of Monthly Income (Min Euro 100)
We offer a complete property management service which includes:
- Advertising the property
- Arranging viewings of the property
- Preparing tenancy agreement
- Arranging inventories and schedule of condition
- Organising tenants check-in
- Accounting to client (monthly)
- Regular property inspections (quarterly)
- Liaising with tenants on all matters arising
- Negotiating tenancy renewals and rent increases
- Preparing renewal agreements
- Serving appropriate notices on tenants
- Arranging check-outs and negotiating deposit allocations
- Attending to routine repairs and maintenance up to an agreed amount
- Obtaining landlord’s consent to expenditure above agreed amount
- Supervising periodic re-decoration and other major works

Valuation services
We offer our clients comprehensive and accurate property evaluation reports prepared by our team of licensed evaluators.

Serviced apartments
We can arrange accommodation in Sofia in serviced apartments for those who prefer the convenience of an apartment to a hotel room for periods up to 3 months. Prices start at Euro 45 per night for a 1-bedroom apartment in the centre of Sofia.

Airport transfer
We can organise airport transfers for property viewings in Sofia, Bansko or at the Black Sea. An airport pick up and return plus a 2 day viewing trip would cost approx Euro 100.
